Very good
Nice place but...,
Lights were wired wrong, the bathroom door if you closed the door all the way you will turn off the lights. There is no bathroom fan so the room smells if you go #2. Wanted to play pool but if you have to use the restrooms you have to go all the way back to your room and mine was on the 6th floor. Last...,loved the view but the windows hadn’t been cleaned.

Pet policy
We chose this hotel because it’s dog friendly, but didn’t read the small print... dogs are not allowed to stay in the room by themselves. You will get a call from the front desk to come back to your room and take care of your dog if the rule is broken.

Very comfortable, hope to return soon
Really liked the location. Short walk to UA campus and the trolley/light rail was just a short distance. At the intersection of two busy roads, and although a little tough for pedestrian crossing, that was what made it easy to get to via car. Hotel, bed, bathroom, shower were all great and very comfortable. Will (hopefully) get to come visit again soon!

Poor
Very Dissatisfied
We are truly disappointed in our stay , we had 2 separate rooms and experienced this in both rooms . The online pictures show a much more updated and cleaner rooms . The rooms cleanliness was not at all what was shown in the picture . Most importantly we had no hot water at night or on the morning , we called both night and morning and they said that it was checked and the problem was fixed. We are not picky we stay in a lot of hotels , but the shower and toilet areas definitely needs a deeper cleaning. Our tv remote didn’t work as well as the tv stopped signal about an hour after watching tv. The best thing about the hotel was the 2 ladies checking us in at the front desk. We feel we should at least get credit back for one room.

Good
Not great
This just seems like a hotel that was remodeled 20 years ago and just needs some updating. Room wasn’t super clean, but staff was great and got us what we needed to fix things. Great location by the university but the road is really loud all night.
