It all started with the lack of a Framed picture of Kristen Bell upon our arrival. Big sad. The ceiling was kind of in poor condition and a piece of it fell on me wiliest trying to sleep. The pull out was as expected however a blanket would have been nice.

Great place for families
Apone coming early they kindly got my family in 2 hours before check in. They saw i requested extra blankets and towels in which they were on point. Very clean. Very spacious. Pros: great food, indoor pool, comfortable , friendly Cons: was not aware of the holding fee up front. And not just that but a holding fee per day?? There were super noisy guests ( but con the hotel staff helped resolve the issue asap. Sent up someone and i thank them for that.) I will be back

Hates to leave
This is one of those hotels where you hate to leave. It was so comfortable! It was a large room that had a separate area with a large couch. The only downfall of the room was that the bathroom (toilet and shower) -sink area was large though. I wish I could have stayed here longer. I will definitely try and book here again when I’m in the MSP/St. Paul area.
