Great location, but needs updating
Great location and spacious apartment. The property is beginning to look a little tired although I suspect this will be addressed following the Hilton takeover. The number of times maintenance staff walk across the decking area and stare into the room detracts from the privacy you'd expect. The wi-fi drops out way too often for a facility that is "included" in the mandatory resort fee.

Home away from home!
The room was beautiful with a large kitchen and dining area, all necessary appliances and utensils. The washer and dryer were a great plus. Bathrooms were nice and large and beds were comfy. The pool and hot tub were very nice with a beautiful view of the lake. Close to all theme parks and stores and restaurants. All staff were friendly and helpful. We were on the second floor and had no ants whatsoever as other reviews had mentioned. We will definitely be back!

A must!
Due to the covid situation, we left booking hotels to the last minute and the hotel that we wanted was full. I can say I’m glad it was, Bryan’s Spanish cove was fabulous, very well maintained, very clean and the pool area was fantastic, minutes from disney springs, Vineland shopping and i4. I would recommend this for families, having 2 bedrooms and open plan dining was so nice! We will be back!

We had a fantastic room with large rooms, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Vert clean. Free kayaks for the lake. Very nice pool and sauna. Even a nice BBQ station. Very nice people. Even let us check-in 4 hrs early.

The staff was very nice and polite like always. Just wasn’t to please with the cleanliness of the room because hair was all in the bathroom area and it had a musty smell throughout the room. But overall I love the place and the location.

We fell in love with this place - a true hidden gem! It has a "old-school" Florida charm to it and super clean! The front desk staff and maintenance people were great and so kind! We loved our stay! Beautiful lake-view. Took afternoon naps out on the dock!
