Fabulous hotel a short 10min walk from the railway station. Spotlessly clean with attentive, helpful, welcoming staff in all areas. Rooms have all the facilities you need - tea/coffee making, iron/ironing board, hairdryer and we’re in an immaculate condition with daily maid service if required. Congratulations to all this was a wonderful hotel to stay at and explore Salzburg.

Reception staff were great. The room was clean and well maintained although maybe a little over priced. What let this hotel down for me are the staff in the Sky Restaurant and Bar who are frankly totally aloof. Their customer service skills need retraining. Trying to get their attention and ordering was painful. They are really quite miserable and not at all welcoming. This is something I have experienced before when I was last in Salzburg with my wife and we ate in the Sky Restaurant so it seems that this is the norm.
