What makes this hotel so perfect is the staff -

As a former fliget attendent I should know a bit about service. My first impression was not good as I had to lift my suitcase out of the taxi. One doorman was busy with another guest. Front desk was absolutely kind and welcoming. Happy with the room and in general satisfied. Blue Bar might be hard to manage as guests have high expectations. The most disappointing experience of my stay. Of my 5 visits there only one was enjoyable. Greeted friendly and seated comfortably and got drinks and food within 20 minutes, then in due course got a sofa by the window. That’s what guests want. Not for a well dressed 74 year old lady to be pointed to the general bar where the only seat available was amongst 5 noisy young men necking their beer. Confronted the manager again as I noticed he admitted other guests to the lounge, he then reluctantly found me a chair. This was Saturday 18.1. At 6 pm . Another day it took 30 min to get our drink and 1 hour to be served a platter of cured meats. One day we were guided to a window table only to be stopped by another waiter who claimed the table for someone else. I don’t need to have these complaints published, but used as help to train the staff.

Great luxury with some minor setbacks
Great luxurious hotel in a great location, and loved our room with spectacular view of the bridge. Checking in wasn't great, had to wait 15 minutes to process, even though there was no one in line. Some minor issues such as TV remote not having batteries, mini bar being too packed (open the door and all the bottles comes out), there were some stain on the desk chair, and someone left a sock under one of the chairs.
