It shows a pool and breakfast included. The pool has been down for over a year. Breakfast was a joke really. Waffles, stale cereal, and coffee. One morning they were out of waffle mix and a loaf of bread was thrown on the counter. Had to request another room. First one had ripped curtains and mold growing on them. We will never stay there again

Worst hotel experience I've ever had
Not good customer service. 2 towels in a room for 4 people. No washcloths. No kleenex/tissues. Clerk literally said word for word, "We have no towels," but when I pushed how they can be a hotel with no towels they brought me two stained pool towels that looked like rags to use instead. Pool was closed and appears to have been closed for a very long time. Mold in shower. Dead bug in room. Smelled like thick smoke and we had to air out the room. Apparently cereal and mild constitutes breakfast. Just a really uncomfortable stay. It might have been a little easier to handle if the staff was polite or acted like they wanted to be helpful.

We checked in at 2pm. The place was very dirty. The windows were filthy and there was food and paper all over the lobby floor. Pool was closed and empty of water. The elevator was so grimey. The hallways smell of body odor & animal urine. The room itself was ok. Smelled like someone may have smoked in there before & the carpets were damp. The bed was made but there were several little black hairs on one of the queen bed's sheets. Plus hotel doors dont slam closed so a man walked in our room in the morning. Also when i asked for a 2nd key, she said they dont have enough because they were having more people come. Inwas the only car in the parking lot. Very weird. Instead of being on their phones the whole time it wouldnt hurt to stop at dollar tree and spring for a bottle windex & a roll of paper towel & start with the front foor and just keep wiping everything til u run out...and vaccuum the lobby & hallways. It wont be in business much longer maybe thats why they dont clean.

Our room was over 80 degrees when we arrived, took hours to cool down. Towels were stained, sink and shower did not drain properly, there was really nothing to eat for breakfast (out of batter for waffle machine, no juice, limited cereal), the pool was completely drained, nothing looked like the pictures. The staff did their best, but the front desk person was on their own as far as I could tell. I’d honestly have rather we slept in the car.

The property looked like a not very well maintained, a lot stuff piled on the storage rooms with doors open to see through. The room itself was ok with only one foam cup for coffee. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had: basically it’s close to none. There are several bread slices, one kind cereal with a gallon mild (there was another gallon bottle with 1/4 full which I saw last afternoon when I checked in), oh a waffle maker which was good. The juice machine was only half functional with only orange juice. There was a coffee machine, but no cups at all! We had to run back room taking the only one foam cup for my coffee. And there was no forks either! Asked the front fest lady. She could find cups and forks as well. Don’t know what to say.

Filthy, poor customer service
This was an awful stay. I booked the room and when my husband checked in, he was told they had no rooms for him even when he showed them the receipt. He demanded the room as I had already paid in full. A few minutes later, a room was available and when he went to it, he saw it was clearly filthy and had been quickly straightened up, with a strong odor of curry in the air. He went to the front desk and told them the room wasn’t clean; they argued and told him he was wrong. Other customers shared similar dissatisfaction with him that night. Will never stop here again.

The hotel was being remodeled. No pool. No sauna or hot tub dirty. Continental breakfast was not Continental breakfast. We were lucky if the waffle maker worked. They used a gallon of milk. Donut holes if you're lucky. Bread if you were lucky. Front desk gal was always on her phone instead of paying attention to patrons.
