Rented 3 rooms. One had a used needle next to the bed and smoke detector covered with plastic; was told to throw needle in lobby trash can and to pull plastic down ourselves and was advised a week or so prior they had issues with users in that room and it hadn’t been rented until our stay. Rooms 2 and 3 were not vacuumed (one had cheerios on the floor). Fridge seals had crumbs in them also. Surfaces were clean as was bedding and mattresses comfortable. Both mornings of our stay they did not offer pancakes/waffles because “there wasn’t any delivered. “

I usually stay here 1-2 times every winter when i cant go home due to weather. I live an hour from where i work. Room was nice shower was amazing. Pretty disappointed in the breakfast cold cereal and toast, juice and coffee. But well worth the money

This hotel advertised a full hot breakfast ,pool etc.which it had my last 2 stays. Pool closed, Breakfast 3 yogurts for All rooms, no name cherios,a waffle iron with not enough knock off,pancake mix and not much else . Now run down, airlines have bailed out. If I wasn’t using up non refundable nights I’d have bailed. Which I did as soon as they were done as I went to another moline hotel.

Nice hotel, staff are really nice. The pool is out of service til further notice. There is a workout area. The carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a while, but I also wear house shoes so it didn’t really bother me. The bed is really comfortable.

I went for breakfast at 8:30 Friday morning They were out of waffle batter and didn’t offer more. I was out for the day. I came back at 4:00 and my room card didn’t work. There was no one on duty to help. Others were just trying to check in but couldn’t Finally a man from the Davenport , Iowa location came to help. He was very nice and handled a bad situation well. I stayed that night but checked out Saturday morning rather than stay my final night. Not a good experience
