    Covid cleanliness

    During these covid times I expect cleanliness to be paramount. I found the previous guests clothing hanging on the bathroom door. The clerk didn’t want to switch me to another room. I insisted and he finally did.

    Although the staff was very friendly, our room was tired. The TV was not clear at all (and reminded my husband of watching TV in the 70's...) We had to clean out the drain in the bathroom sink as it was all plugged up with hair. (Yes, we could have asked staff to do it, but then it's the hassle of just when they will be intruding on your evening.) The lighting was horrible in the room. Even with all the lights on, you could barely see things that you unpacked. Only the bathroom was well-lit.
