Worn down
Originally booked for two nights, I left after only one. The external building needed some work especially the stairways. The rooms parallel to the street could hear all the traffic and neighbors going in and out of their rooms from the door slamming. Cutting my stay short was not because of the hotel but I’m glad I moved on to the next place.

Convenient and clean. Love that there is no carpet in the rooms. Would recommend having coffee available all day and late checkout for less than a full nights fee.

Poor Service
When I arrived to check in the hotel lights were off and the office door was locked. No answer when I tried to call. I had to find a different place to stay and was still charged by Red Roof Inn for the reservation.

Not Worth It.
Bed was rock hard. Floor of the tub was cracked and peeling. We found a quite large chunk of ratted up hair between our pillows. Bedside table had not been cleaned. Refrigerator froze everything and could not be adjusted because the knob was missing. Door looked as though it had been kicked in at some point and the fix was only cosmetic. Could tell on the inside as there was trim and pieces missing. One of the towels looked as though it had been used and hung up without being washed.

Amazing!!
Absolutely amazing for the price. VERY clean, classy and comfortable. Traveled solo on a trip for the hot springs and got some great information from the very friendly staff when I checked in. Felt very welcomed and taken care of. Easy check in, great customer service. Would definitely come here again!

Bugs in poorly remodeled rooms
Cockroaches found in room second day there and every day until check out. Room poorly remodeled. Beds very hard and uncomfortable. Housekeeping woke us up every morning when they arrived pushing their very loud carts down the sidewalk outside the rooms. Very rude and inconsiderate to guests.

Room was nice. But kids outside early running up and down the stairs outside our room. And the lady with heels on going up and down the walk all woke us up early.
