Estancia regular
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba cuando llegamos a la habitación, no hay cancel en la bañera y el agua moja todo el piso del baño. Mejorar el mantenimiento en habitación

View was beautiful. Service was excellent! Francisco is a gem! Yonathan was also excellent as well as Angel, Carmelo, Geraldo and Jesus! They all went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Weekends are a nightmare! Too many children running all over was the biggest downfall as well as all the weekend noise til 4am!!! Building is old and needs a lot of repairs. No hairdryer, iron or bottled water also negative.

The beach was beautiful and hotel was very clean. Property needs updating, especially bathrooms. There were not many staff members who spoke English which is not indicative to other all inclusive resorts we have visited in Mexico and the Caribbean. The one restaurant that required reservations was closed the night the staff scheduled a dinner reservation for us. The beauty of the beach area made up the hotel's shortcomings.

Delicious food and great service!
My husband and I stayed in Acapulco for 3 days. Ritz is an older hotel that needs a bit of upgrade. However, the buffet was delicious with authentic variety of Mexican food. It’s right on the beach and the all inclusive packet was excellent. Our room was facing the ocean with a balcony and it was great! The staff was amazing! Everyone was helpful and very polite. Ritz is in the Zona Dorada of Acapulco and a $300 pesos ride from the airport. It is 10 min from the famous Quebrada and the Zocalo where you can take a fun boat excursion. We loved it!

Hotel was great with very friendly staff. All the food and drinks were included. Food was AMAZING and the staff were great! They have a nighttime show every night about 9:30 which was always excellent. Lots of activities and great pool.
