Stay away, rude and dirty!
We checked into our room early, was told to come back for a late check in as all the rooms were dirty and unable to be assigned. We came back for a late check in to find our room was already assigned. Upon entering the room we found dirt, leaves, debris on the floor. We overlooked it, as it was late and wanted to shower and sleep, but the bathroom was dirty, dead bugs all over and blood on the sheets. We complained to the front desk and asked for another room and was told we could have a smoking room, which is not possible due to health reasons and why we reserved a non smoking room, not to mention the smoking room was permeated with smoke. Went back and asked to have the room cleaned, the front desk refused stating she could not leave the area and offered to cancel our reservation without a refund. She was extremely rude, asking if there was anything else we wanted to complain about, would not remedy the situation and did not even attempt to make things better, did I mention the blood on the sheets? Didn't even offer new bedding!

Don't stay here!
I get this a 2 star crap motel, but the LEAST we ask for is that our key works in the door. Every time I got to my room, my key did not work. The front desk guy came and tried about 8 keys before one actually opened and only after 5 or 6 times of shoving in. I could barely leave my room for breakfast as I knew it would be a complete hassle to get back in. Also of course breakfast is crap, however you at least expect something like coffee lids that fit the actual coffee cup. I picked up my coffee and it spilled all over me and asked the front desk why lids don't fit coffee cups and she said "well, its all we have" and then shrugs her shoulders. Also, don't get me started on all the hair in sink, bathtub, etc. Expected in this type of hellhole, but thought maybe a bit optimistic for a Wyndham property. Sorely disappointed.

Dirty Motel Room
We spend more than $200 a night to stay in a room that was filthy. Our door would not open with any key card they issued and had to get management to open our door each and every time. Eventually they gave us a manual key once they were able to locate it out of a bucket of manual keys. Our room was filthy. TONS of black mold in the shower and bathroom, dust clumps hanging from ceiling, grime and stuff smeared on doors and walls. There was an Apple core in our trash rotting when we arrived. A hug bug smooshed into the wall above the mirror, cigarette ashes in the door stop in the bathroom (non-smoking room) the bathroom light vent was COVERED in dust. I wouldn’t walk barefoot. If we had any other options we would have left.

Disgusting, don't stay here
This was the worst experience. I specifically booked a non-smoking room, we got a smoking room. I requested a crib & selected this property because they said they offer them: THEY DON'T. To quote, "there are zero cribs on the property." When we walked into the room, the floor was covered in leaves and debris, like the door had been left open while they were cutting the grass and the leaf blower blew it all inside. Then hotels.com had the audacity to question if I was "sure it was a smoking room" WHILE I STARED AT THE ASHTRAY SITTING ON THE NIGHTSTAND IN FRONT OF ME. Then they tried to refuse to refund us even though we were leaving the property & not staying in that dump. Finally after some heated words they processed the refund.

This was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Front desk staff was unwelcoming and sharp. The lobby smelled bad. The room was disgusting. There were cockroaches, mold, places where they had to patch holes in the wall. The bathroom was gross. There were cigarette burns on the tub and the shower curtain rod was nearly pulled off the wall. The “included” hair dryer plug had no pronges. The sheets were scratchy and uncomfortable. Oh and did I mention there were roaches on the walls. I could go on for days... but this post was longer than I could stand to stay there. Given how utterly disgusting this room was I decided I had no other choice book to book a different hotel. And if that didn’t work, I would have preferred sleeping in the parking lot. DO NOT STAY IF YOU REMOTELY CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL-BEING.
