Great Hotel
This is our second stay here.. We we stayed here 8 years ago and decided to return after staying in the heart London (which was extremely busy) for a week earlier in our 7 week trip. We actually loved this hotel for location and cleanliness but unfortunately it had not been updated at all in the last 8 years, but in saying that, for the price it was a great location and a great hotel and the food was pretty good too. So easy to get into London and also an easy train ride to Heathrow Airport from Earls Court Station. When we come back we will definitely being staying again.

Exceptional 10.0
2nd time staying in this hotel still like it!
Very comfortable . Room is not so big but well designed for maximum and convenient use for limited space. Vanity leaked a bit in the 2nd but it’s fixed straight away. The only thing we don’t like is the temperature of the lobby which is always too warm.

Poor 2.0
The room was horrible. The worst Ibis Hotel I have ever stayed in . The area was not very nice too. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Location and value for money.
Close to tube and public transport, supermarkets, eateries and pubs all within easy walking distance.

Complaining Gets Better Service
This was the third time I have stayed in this hotel. Initial room allocated was very small. In the morning I complained about the room telling staff on my prior stays the room I had was much bigger. No problem, I was given another room which was much bigger. Message is clear, tiny rooms allocated in the first instance hoping customers don’t complain. When you do complain a larger room becomes available.
