Never disappoints..
The hotel is a truly beautiful building, and nicely decorated. The real stand out however, is the staff. We were helped with an early check in and a free upgrade - which made such a difference to our day! We had breakfast in Berners Tavern which was tasty, fresh and quick - just what we needed after our flight. We spent the evening having drinks in the main bar - the waitresses are super friendly and helpful, and have made the point of remembering us each time we have returned. It's the perfect spot for relaxed drinks with family during the day, or evening drinks with friends. I would definitely recommend the hotel, and would return. It's in a perfect location for shopping, food and drinks! And very easy to get to from Paddington!

The level of service was amazing. There is an amazing energy when you walk in as the lobby bar is the main entrance with fantastic seating perfect for people watching. The room was great. One incident happened. The fire alarm went off on our second night of the stay in the middle of the night. We were outside for 2 hours but the staff brought water and blankets to make us as comfortable as possible. They sent letters to each room and the manager hand wrote a note apologizing for the incident letting us know they are investigating why this happened. They took care of my incidental fees which was very generous. I would stay here again upon my next trip to London. The location was great!

Very good 8.0
Trendy hotel, but...
Hotel is right in the middle of tourist central, albeit technically in Fitzrovia it's a stone's throw from being in the thick of Soho. Lobby bar and Berners Tavern/Punch Room make it a place for people watching; downside is that there tends to be late-night shenanigans (ie: noise) outside the hotel at 1 am. I was woken up by some moron in a Lamborghini revving and ripping his engine at 1:30 am as he left the hotel, which is annoying. Also, the housekeeping staff was a little inconsistent (was unable to get them to bring me a bathmat for a day, which was weird). Big plus is 24hr room service.

Chic ambiance
Had a very nice stay at the EDITION. Feels luxurious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are fairly spacious (bathrooms are very spacious) and has a modern feel to them. Did not have an ironing machine in-room though. The value for money rate can be questioned though, not sure our stay justified almost 400 GBP per night. I have statyed at more luxurious hotels in the world for less. The lobby atmosphere is great and vibrant and a nice place to get a drink before heading out into the London night.

Great hotel in a great location!
I used to live in London and still visit quite often. This was the first time I stayed at this hotel and I loved it! The location is great, very central to Oxford and regent street for shopping and hustle and bustle. It is has a great bar that is quite popular amongst the locals and the restaurant is well-known to have a Michelin starred chef. I loved the modern ambience. The room was super spacious for a London hotel!! Super modern and the bed...oh the bed....so comfy. I would have loved staying here again...! The gym is amazing too by the way!
