Esplanade,yes but a bit of a walk to city areas
Stay was ok, staff good, room all good. Chose the breakfast option, which was a bit of a let down. I guess we should have got there earlier, thought 7 am we would be right but when big numbers are checking out they seem to want to make a mess at help yourself breakfast shows taking as much food as they can get, then leave most of it on the table. Rendering what food is left not really desirable to eat. Staff were over run a bit not the fault of staff just bad mannered people. Hotel is a bit of a walk from the main areas, such as reef cruise terminal, but as I said stay was ok

Quiet one night stay
We stayed one night and were pleased with the comfy beds and how quiet it was. Close to airport too which was good as we had to fly out early. The pool was nice and parking was easy. The only cons would be the hallway carpet was looking ready for replacement and an exhaust fan in the bathroom would have been good.

We enjoyed our stay here at the Holiday inn Express. The beds are nice size and comfortable with soft and fi pillow options. The people were helpful and friendly; and Claire at the front desk was a great help and resource in helping us plain our dive trip. The breakfast is included; and having some good hot coffee and the choice of a hot or cold breakfast every morning made for a great start for our day. We also had a couple dinners on the property and enjoyed the Salmon, and their burger with the egg, pineapple, cheese, and bacon on it. The property is a little further out from the main part of town (25-30 minute walk, $10 Uber) and so might be a little less convenient then some of your other choices. But it is a nice walk along the waterfront. They do have a shuttle but not super useful because of it's very limited schedule. If you visit(as we did) during the rainy season be prepared they do get a lot but it worked out for us just find with some sunny days and some showers. The hotel does have umbrellas for you to use.
