    Disappointed

    We arrived at 3:00 pm and it was only an hour until the check-in time. They had us wait in our car for almost an hour in the hot Florida weather until we were able to check in. They did give us free parking because we were really disappointed that they wouldn't let us in earlier. There were so many people checking in and getting their rooms right away. The bathroom floor in the room wasn't cleaned good because there were hairs from someone else on it when we walked in. Also, we had to use hand towels for wash rags. They said they weren't caught up with laundry by the time check in time was and they never brought us wash rags when they were ready. The only thing that was good and didn't have a problem with was the breakfast. They definitely had their act together at breakfast. I was really disappointed with this Embassy Suites. It wasn't what I'm used to expecting.

    Found out that I had to pay for parking after I got there. Was not happy about that at all. Should be free if I am paying to stay there. Beds are firm and not comfortable if you are used to softer mattresses. Staff was friendly.

    Nice hotel

    This is the second time my family and I have stayed here. The hotel is very nice and the location is great. There's plenty to do within walking distance. Was a little disappointed this time around with their towel situation. They ran out of wash cloths and towels. Instead of telling me this when i asked for fresh ones, they took what we had and left only 2 towels and no wash cloths. There were 3 people in our room. We had to get creative and use what we had. I will always travel with my own from now on. Besides this, our stay was great.

    Let me first say that l have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times. It’s was my go to hotel in Orlando. When I arrived I was to stay in your king suite. I arrived around 3:00 pm and of course it wasn’t ready. I then ask if the bar or restaurant was opened and the answer was no. I understand that we are in a pandemic.due to the fact that I was tired from traveling all day. She said I could walk down the street and find some food I declined as it was raining. So I sat in the lobby and waited. After the hour had passed I noticed the staff change and I hadn’t been buzzed, so I waited 15 minutes nothing I had to go back and tell the you lady the Storey again and that point she said she didn’t have the room I requested but she could give me another. 604 right outside the elevator...ugh! Also the lobby was not clean, there was cereal.paper, trash and even a braid on the floor. There was trash on the tables, I assume from breakfast. Also as a liability for you, the floor stayed wet from the kids going in and out of the pool and through the lobby. There was no room service and they did clean the room or exchange the towels. I had a friend come by and we had hell getting out of the gate. I had to come down and try to open it with my key card, the ticket and my credit card, then I had to ring for help and it went up right away. After I stood in the rain trying to get this done. This is the first time at this hotel I’ve ever had this experience. And I was not amused or pleased.

    Short work trip.

    Hotel is getting old and it needs some tlc, room was clean but we lost a card and we found a lighter and some personal objects under the bed, not much vacuum cleaner action on this particular area of her than that the rest was ok
