The location of the hotel is great as its close to Times Square, great restaurants and Broadway shows. The room was clean and well fitted out. The staff were terrible - no one had a smile on their face. In the lobby it was just bad. I saw a spanish woman who spoke little english treated very poorly by the front desk - he was rude. There were 3 - 4 men attending the door and they were more concerned about their conversations than opening the door, looking after baggage or assisting with taxis ie their job. We had guests open our room door at 11.30pm as they had been given the wrong room key. I got a phone call at 12.30am from the front desk verifying my name with little apology. When I spoke to the front desk the next day it was a computer error! No sincere apology. Don't go there for service!!!

The room I was in was very cold. The Heat was blowing AC, and they said they’d have the engineer change the filter while we were gone. Came back to the same cold room. They did offer various rooms, which we eventually accepted, but it was still a hassle to have to move from one room to another.

We were overall pretty much satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The only thing I would suggest is maybe having a few dishes(plates, cutlery, bowls, ect) in the Room since we had a microwave & a Mini fridge. Luckily I had thought ahead & packed a few of those items; but it definitely would have been helpful/convenient to have those in the room.

The hotel didn’t stock the toiletries and upon asking I got some items but they forgot to bring the rest. The coffee machine didn’t work. The AC heat unit would only blow cold air so I just had to turn it off. The WiFi barely worked to keep the Roku apps connected either.
