Student accommodation dressed up as something else
The apartment is clean and has everything you need. But it is basically a student bed sit, which I have no issue with, however it’s not sold as that. I normally stay in apartments for business as I get tired of hotels, but I won’t be staying here again. Parking was an issue as was street noise from drunk students outside.

Very nice small space close to the center of town
Very nice space, not only close to the city center, but with a co-op opposite for any needed necessities. Bus stops were also close by for easy access but walking was also doable. Had all that we needed and when we arrived we were even given cookies. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Great stay at number 4
Excellent stay at number 4 apartment, couldn’t fault it. Close proximity to city centre (10 minute walk), convenient co-op directly opposite and free parking with permit provided. Kids absolutely loved having an Xbox in the apartment and everything was spotlessly clean from bathroom to bedding to cutlery and crockery. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Exeter. A great find!!!

Lovely apartment, great location!
Lovely little apartment in a great location. Parking was right outside using the landlords permit and no issues in finding space as we travelled around quite a bit during our stay. Spacious living area with a good sized bedroom.
