I don't think there was a jacuzzi and the pool was empty. The doors didn't work correctly - had to go to a second room to get one to work right, two lights didn't work at all and a third in the shower/toilet took a few seconds to turn on. There was no continental breakfast although it looked as though there should have been. The furniture and general appearance was old and not updated at all. The parking lot and exterior made me wonder if it was open at all. I felt dubious about leaving my belongings in the room at all wondering if it was safe. There was not second latch lock on the door and not do not disturb indicators on whether you wanted maid service. The ice machine was out of order and the drink machine wasn't working properly. I had no operating phone in my room. All in all it was very disappointing and the only reason I stayed was because I was roped in by their no refund policy. Otherwise after my first night, I would've checked out and found something more comfortable, functional, and keep together.

Bedbugs, and no vacuum!!
The carpet in the room had not been vacuumed for some time. There was popcorn, cheerios, dirty socks, and hair balls on the floor. There were no towels in the room when we arrived, so we had to go down to front desk to get some. Also, my son got some kind of bites all over his body, I am assuming bedbugs. It was gross!

Bathroom optional
We reserved a king suite for the evening. Upon check in we were told they no longer had any kings and so they we would give us a queen at no extra charge. Isn’t that a downgrade? Get to the room and go to use the restroom. The ceiling about the tub is covered in black mold and the toilet doesn’t flush. Upon further inspection the internal elements of the toilet were missing. When we notified the front desk of this she exclaimed that she wasn’t surprised. The room still had remnants of the previous guests- long black hair on the floor, a child’s sock on the floor, food in the drawer. One of the queen beds had a fitted sheet that had been used to the point that all areas that had been previously stained were literally just threads and the bed spread was stained. It was a holiday weekend and unfortunately this was pretty much the only hotel available in the area.

Room was not clean and there was food on the bed. No towels, no bedding, no hygiene products, pool was not functioning. Lots of late night noise and running. There was a homeless man sleeping by the side door. Would have not stayed however it was the only room left in town

Toilet seat was broke in half. Curtain ripped. Fridge hadn’t been cleaned. Stains on the bedspread. Room had an overwhelming dead mouse smell. Pool was out of order. “Continental breakfast” was toast and apple juice.
