The stay was ok but 2 out of the 4 of us that stayed in the one room woke up with bug bites so I don’t know if there were bed bugs in the room or what.

The room was clean and comfortable. Most memorable was the customer service: Tom is an excellent and friendly front desk agent. There were a number of hotels in the area, and although the price on the Wingate was slightly higher than some of the others, Tom's communication and service was so reassuring and friendly that I had no doubt the Wingate was my hotel of choice.

This was the best hotel we stayed at in our trip! Fresh ice water at the check in desk. The person checking us in was friendly, helpful and efficient. The room smelled like lemon verbena, very fresh and clean!comfortable beds, nice duvet. We wanted to stay and relax here longer. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The guy at the front desk was a riot. He was so helpful suggesting restaurant in the area. Our room #117 was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed herr last week on our way to SD. Definitely staying here next year
