Great hotel, bad restaurant
The hotel itself is great. Clean with decent service, great location and amazing views. The restaurant La Boca that is connected to the hotel is terrible for dinner. We had quite a bad experience as did a lot of other people from reading google reviews. The breakfast buffet was fine.

Nice hotel but meal service slow
Hotel was great, lovely and spacious and everything that I needed. I had the buffet breakfast which was nice but limited hot options for a vegan/vegetarian. I also had two dinners at the hotel and the food was great but the service very slow. I was dining alone so just wanted to be in and out quick but the second dinner took two hours in total.

A comfortable stay
This was a pleasant stay. We booked a river view room, and were given access a little early although the beds had to be separated. This was done promptly by an efficient member of the housekeeping staff. The hotel is very well situated, and has a nice outdoor area where we were able to meet with young family members. Its standards are what one would expect from a leading hotel chain.
