Boa hospedagem!

A hospedagem é relativamente boa, mas tivemos uma ocorrência no banheiro, dado um vazamento no vaso. Avisamos na recepção na parte da noite e pedimos que alguém fosse resolver no dia seguinte. Infelizmente não tivemos retorno algum! Isso fez com que nosso conforto fosse comprometido!

Em geral gostei, mas a piscina precisa de mais limpeza. A Elen é super simpática e cordial. O café da manhã é ótimo tudo fresquinho, mas não me ofereceram ovos, depois descobri que faziam na hora. Quartos grandes e limpeza ok TB. Recomendo

Séjour agréable dans cette pousada à 2 pas de la plage de pequeah. Le lieu est vraiment très charmant mais le mobilier des chambres manque de fraîcheur. Un renouvellement de la literie serait bienvenu. On ne regrette pas notre choix, le personnel est aussi très sympathique.

simplesmente incrível! ótimo atendimento na chegada, durante e no checkout. todas as pessoas prestativas e aconchegantes. ficamos 5 dias e sem NADA a reclamar. as instalações estão impecáveis, a manutenção ótima, café da manhã simples, mas delicioso. única coisa que se fosse para dar uma “dica” e diferencial seria pela atualização das tvs nos quartos. o quarto 12 só tinha acesso à globo, então fica um objeto meio morto, sendo que seria de grande valia nos dias chuvosos. no mais, recomendaria mil vezes a pousada ponta do pequeah.

Foram 4 dias muitos bons, pousada excelente, café da manhã justo - tudo fresco e gostoso. Recepcionista Ellen (tarde/noite) muito simpática e solicita. Mercado 5 minutos andando, vila 15 min andando com excelente paisagem no caminho. Vale super a pena.

Bom atendimento, mas falta estrutura

O atendimento foi excelente, porém a infraestrutura deixou a desejar. Nosso quarto no térreo tinha a única janela voltada para um corredor, o que comprometia nossa privacidade, pois outros hóspedes passavam por ali. O banheiro apresentava sinais de desgaste, com pontos enferrujados e sujidades acumuladas. A água quente demorava minutos para sair, e o assento sanitário era muito baixo. O mais desagradável foi a manta entre o lençol e o colchão, que estava com várias manchas amareladas, aparentando ser urina mal lavada. No geral, a experiência foi positiva, mas a limpeza e manutenção precisam ser melhoradas. A TV só sintonizava um canal e estava parcialmente descolada, dificultando o uso. O serviço de quarto só acontece mediante solicitação, e não há placas de "não perturbe" nas portas. O café da manhã começa tarde, às 8h, e o espaço é pequeno, causando espera quando o local está cheio. Uma dica: peça ovos mexidos, são ótimos. No geral, o custo-benefício pareceu alto considerando esses pontos negativos, apesar da equipe ser atenciosa e prestativa.
