Not on the coldest day in Hell!

The conditions of this hotel are atrocious! We didn't stay for even a night, it was that bad. Black mold, smelled like smoke in non-smoking rooms, broken down beds, holes in walls and furniture, etc. Hotels.com shouldn't even offer this hotel on their website.

I would not stay here. There was a big gap under the door allowing cold air to come in room. The room was cold do to the gap. The towls looked durty from all the stains.

Dishonest desk worker and listings.

I didn't stay there, used the app to get a non smoking room with a bigger room. When I went to check in, the guy at the desk said he only had one smoking room. The website showed multiple rooms available. He offered to let me see the room before we checked in. When I went in the room the putrid cigarette smoke was too overwhelming and the toilet was running constantly. I told him I couldn't stay there and he said no problem, call Hotels.com and they will call the hotel, he would tell them I didn't stay and the charge would be refunded. I used the chat option to contact customer service and they tried to call the hotel. The person at the chat said someone picked the phone up and it got disconnected. I told her he was there as it was watching the desk guy from my car through the window. The desk guy told the customer service representative that I cannot get a refund, totally lied to me. I didn't book a smoking room. I didn't stay at the hotel. The desk worker told me to go ahead and try to get the charge reversed with my credit card in a taunting way. Finally when I told the chat person that I would be filling a complaint with the state, she disconnected the chat. Not sure I will use this app again. They are advertising rooms that not available.

Dirty is not the word for this place. It was disgusting. I only stayed 2 nights for work so I sucked it up. If I’d have been staying any longer then that I would have walked right out as soon as I walked in. I’ve stayed in a lot of red roofs and this is the worst one by far. I’ll never go back
