All of the lights were different colors in the room. The school unit had black mold growing in the vents and the change filter light was on. The shower wouldn’t drain so we weren’t able to take one. Drug users in the parking lot.

This one night stay at this hotel was bad , to say the least. The comforter was stained, the room smelled horrible.. I clean any room i rent away, but i double down on my cleaning... The front desk attendant Jakob, was attentive to whatever we needed.. The only thing that made this stay a little decent

Room was not clean. Cleaning staff didnt clean bathroom. They left a used female pad stuck on bathroom door. When i called office the staff couldnt come down to clean it..so i asked for gloves and cleaning supplies myself.

Our room was filthy and Im not one to complain so when I say its bad its bad. There was even food in our air conditioner all dried up. The floor had pieces of something sticky on it. The outside of property was not at all taken care of either. Luckily because of covid we decided to travel with all our own cleaning supplies and sanitizers or I would not have been able to hang. The room was definately cleaner when we left than when we got there. I know that the room was in the 50 dollar range so it was no Hilton and I didnt expect it to be. The hotel is old which I dont mind but that is no excuse for it not to be clean. We traveled from MT to WV and back and stayed at either red roof inns or motel 6 and this was by far way below the standards of any of the others!

Never got to stay stayed night before by myself slept bout 4 hours in room checked out went to work came next day on a booking the same lady made like she ain’t know what was going on they said I was put on do not rent lust cause the lady didn’t like my attitude at previous check in mind u it’s the only time I been down in lobby said I was rude but checked me in let me stay clearly cause I did nothing wrong this was a hatful mischievous act on the front desk associate with bad customer service more evidence y would I book the next day if it was a problem she did that to cost me my money cause she was angry from the time I came in so I never got to stay and still got my card charged bad service on both parts cause I contacted hotels. Com and they should have refunded my money when I reported the hotel wouldn’t let me check in due to their own poor customer service

Mattress cover had some type of stains on them, as well as hair. It just wasn't cleaned properly and just the little things, like oil stains, the linens. The sink. I think I would choose another.

I didn't stay here. Checked in, looked at the room and checked out. It didn't look like the room in the picture. The drawers were dirty, the floors hadn't been cleaned. The room was in disrepair. Went across the street to Quality Inn for $5.00 more a night and it was a nice room and hotel. This Red Roof Inn needs some help.
