Very honest accommodation at a budget price.
We needed a room to sleep for the night somewhere near Mataranka. The road house was the only room available. It was very clean. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Not the five star experience but it does not pretend to be.

Great stop over after a long drive!
The accommodations were great, the A/C was really cold and kept us comfortable. At one point I noticed that the door to my unit wouldn’t latch and the manager immediately offered to switch us rooms. I asked if I could take a crack at a fix and she allowed it and was happy to let us stay in the room. Definitely staying there the next time we travel to Darwin.
