Clean room. We stayed in room 112 near the back entrance and even with a box fan running (which we use when out of town) we could here the door slamming late into the night. However would stay again!

Universal vacation
We stayed for 7 nights and the stay was ok. The room was cleaned daily but not very good. We had to ask for towels because they didn’t replenish them daily. The pillows were not comfortable at all. I think the breakfasts could have been better, it was pretty much the same thing every day. I understand that because of covid things are different but I still think they could have done better.

When we went to our room, someone’s stuff was already in the room. Receptionist was very apologetic and gave us another room, but took quite a bit of time. When putting linens on pull out, the “supposedly clean” linens were dirty so we had to walk back downstairs to get clean ones. Then at 1 am I called the front desk because next door was really loud and yelling. They sent security which didn’t help. I called again and they came back up (which was a joke) but still didn’t help. By the time they got up here, they were out in the hallway and super loud. Security just told them to go inside. At 3 it finally stopped.

We’ve stayed at other LaQunita’s in different areas and was always very satisfied with the accommodations. This time very disappointing. Beds were hard and pillows flat. When we went leave Sunday morning walking to our car there were cars parked everywhere besides the parking spaces. They were I. The isles, on the sidewalks, under the canopy in front of the hotel. Didn’t ask but wonder why. Do you not put a parking space for every room you have in the hotel? Never have seen that before in any hotel. I love pets and this is a pet friendly hotel, bit I don’t think pets she puked be allowed to be left in room to bark at every person that walks by the room. Location is great I will give as a positive.
