Extremely convenient location for visiting Chester, just yards outside the Roman Wall. Lovely views of the racecourse and ample supervised parking. Very good beds, excellent ensuite shower and efficient room service. Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Only issue was the very limited breakfast provision however, the dining area was well spaced out and a comfortable environment. Have previously used Premier Inns but would definitely favour this Holiday Inn based on the above, especially location and parking.

Couldn't be happier!!
My family stayed at this hotel the weekend the lockdown started and despite the unprecedented times this hotel did its utmost to make us comfortable and help us as everything closed around us. The staff were friendly and welcoming and i would without a doubt recommend this hotel and definately plan to return once Covid-19 has gone obviously.

Room was okay, lovely views over the race course. Breakfast done the trick, beer and spirit prices a bit dear, which you expect. Hotel and Chester very quiet as you'd expect but the staff were amazing, keeping up your spirits even with all the uncertainty over there jobs Twelve out of ten for them

Given Disabled room. Back hurt as sink was low. Then given double beds. This was not what i booked but only rooms free they said.
