We’ve been staying at this property once a year for over ten years. This time was a disappointment though. Our room smelled musty and when we asked to change rooms we were told it was fully booked so we were stuck with the room. The hotel also did not provide housekeeping at all, which was a surprise- we had to take out our own garbage. The worst part was the unavailability of bath towels. When we checked in we were only provided hand towels and not full size bath towels. We had to ask daily for new towels and we weren’t provided them daily even after request. On our last day we were told the hotel ran out of towels, so we had to get towels from the pool, which also ran out of towels. So had to dry my kids after shower with paper towels. The pool was great and the property itself was great , just got a bad room and the towel issue was really frustrating.

It could have been a bit better
The only thing I like about the place was the view which was literally a few feet from the beach. The overall hotel was alright especially how much you are paying for it. The bed where pretty comfy. But the bathroom was dirty and the room only had cold water for the bathtub which it also didn’t have a bathtub stopper to use to take a bath which was pretty disappointing but overall experience there like a 3.5 I would give it and it’s not the first time I have been here but this wasn’t the best time I had.

It was a very amazing stay , just when we arrive a room had a bad water leak , but was move to another room , which was a better room then the 1st one but the microwave was not working :( . Other then that it was nice . Ps CHECK OUT TIME IS AT 11 AM NOT 4 pm like I thought . Till I got the knock on the door.

The room was in very bad condition, the sofa was falling apart, the lamps were broken, the bathroom was rusty. The unit needs major maintenance, everything is falling apart. The blinds in the windows were missing. Overall very bad condition.
