We normally stay here and enjoy it. This stay however some teens set off the fire alarm and the hotel was evacuated in the middle of the night. It greatly upset the kids and they won’t stay here again now. The hotel apologised but nothing was offered in compensation/apology and previously I would stay here 15-20 nights a year.

Staff was very friendly, hotel very clean and comfortable, aside from hearing the planes from the local airport, it was very quiet. The pool was heated and there is a jacuzzi, would recommend not shaving after being in it as I had an infection on my leg from doing so and had to be put on antibiotics, might want to skip the jacizzi?

Quick overnight stop
Quick stay before drive home. Arrived a little late but checking was easy. Pretty busy and pretty loud, but it was a Saturday night so to be expected. The martini before bed was excellent. Room was right above outdoor dining so that wasn’t good. Good price for the OC. Parking was a bit of a mess and long walk to the main building. Ayers always has great rooms. All in all, okay.

Perfect place!
We booked a one night stay to visit our new granddaughter. While the hotel is close to the airport, we never heard a plane once we went to bed. The room had a view of the beautiful courtyard and was very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great family visit
The hotel was clean and we felt comfortable being there. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub by ourselves several times and when we did share the pools, everyone was courteous and respected social distancing. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. For the price and experience, Ayres is my new hotel of choice for quick family getaways.

It was going to be a perfect 10 but the costumer service messed up. First, he was rude telling us that kids are loud and jumping when in fact we just walked in to the room from having a dinner, and rudely said: “we will have to ask you to leave if the kids do not stop” there could have been nicer way to say it, we ended up not enjoying the place. That was the spoiler big time. Second, there was no tooth brush and tooth paste in the room, we had to call the service desk and have to go to them and get a toothpaste.
