Cleanliness needs to improve
The location is within walking distance to Umeda station which is good, this is a new building in a quiet place, and the rate is reasonable. But there are three things need to be improved, all are cleanliness issues. 1. The laundry - very good to have a washing machine in room, unfortunately it was not clean as expected, photo per attached, it was taken on the first day of my arrival. 2. The several pillows smell.... the pillows are very flat, if you get used to some hight you won'e like it. The terrible part is I smell the smell while sleeping on pillows... 3. The hair dryer also needs a clean, the dust blocks filter already. Overall speaking the cleanliness is the basic line of a hotel or condominium. I appreciate this can be improved and the property will have more satisfy customers.

we are 3 adults traveling with 3 huge luggages. Apartment is very clean and spacious, well equipped with a fridge, kettle, microwave and laundry. Very satisfied. Check-in is easy over a virtual video call. There’re e-scooters and bikes if you wish to get around the neighborhood. Many restaurants and a few convenient stores are close by. Metro is an easy 4 min walk, while the Osaka Station is about 10-15 mins walk. A good place to base yourself if you prefer a quieter area than Namba. Great that they provide clear house rules so there isn’t cases of noise from other apartments. It’s a short taxi ride from Osaka Station if you don’t feel like walking. Taxi to/from Namba costs about $20.

It was exactly same as in the picture, 10 mins walk from Osaka JR station. Property was clean, kitchen and utensils provided much more convenience.All other essential items were provided in the room. Checkin time is strictly 4PM, Even if you complete your formalities before, the automatic room door wont open until 4pm. The property is located 10 mins away from city center, so the surrounding is just ok.it has 3 convenience store close by.
