Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Good hotel the only thing that was upsetting was a stale cigarette smoke would seep into the room at night, really not sure from where. But that was really annoying.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Loved the shower. Breakfast was boring after a few days, apart from eggs didn’t like much on offer.

For a rating of 4 stars, this hotel was disappointing, the service itself was good, however the hotel is old. For starters, wifi is terrible no chance of connecting in room. Walls are thin, could hear people next door. Also, we went for the breakfast option (mistake) as although there was a big selection, none of it actually tasted good. The coffee was horrible, croissants were cardboard and not much more continental options. There are many places in KL to choose from (such as Sunway across the road) similar price, and much better.

Wi-Fi speed was really bad. Everything else was cool. We loved the breakfast served

Great value and staff were excellent. Rather dated hotel but still enjoyed it. The lounge bar was excellent with a group playing wonderful music most nights. Unfortunately the beds were very hard. Overall we had a wonderful inexpensive holiday.
