We booked and payed an executive room suite, but except they assigned our room in a standard double bed room. Kinda disappointed about that but overall our experience was great. Staffs were nice and friendly. And the place was clean

Everything was awesome just a bad neighbothood. The building was updated clen and staff was super friendly. There was just too many homeless people going in and out of the building

Staff were very nice. House keeping even gave us some balloon and chocolate for Valentine's Day. Great view of downtown buildings from the room that we stayed at (608). There were couple things lacking like no bathrobes, slippers and wine glasses (we stayed in a suite with a wet bar so you'd think things like those would be provided). The hotel is sort of integrated with city center mall (which is good!). However, I'd be honest. It's not the best part of the city lots of homeless people around. To end the review in a positive note, if you ever stay in this hotel DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST. District 102 (hotel's restaurant) is definitely something!! Good interior, good service, good food!
