A good hotel with more than a touch of class
This was our second stay at the Pullman and it was as enjoyable as the first. Full credit must go to the concierge who was particularly helpful and effective. Checking took a little longer than was ideal, but that was are only problem. A comfortable and enjoyable stay

A Great place to stay in Cairns.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pullman hotel. We have stayed there before a few times so knew what to expect. On this occasion we were upgraded to a refurbished room which was very light and airy and everything naturally felt new. Service, particularly from the concierge, was friendly and helpful.

I often stay at this hotel with my children for the convenient location, great facilities and helpful staff. My last visit for 10 days over January school holidays was disappointing - the pool bar remained closed the entire stay which meant having to order drinks and food via a QR code. Orders for water, ice and drinks took as long as 45 mins to arrive. There was an empty water dispenser at the pool area which after requesting for it to be refilled multiple times, over multiple days it remained empty. During breakfast there should have been someone manning an egg station, which was also empty for the duration. Requests for certain cereal or condiments were either forgotten or took 30 mins to arrive, at which point we had finished breakfast. On my last morning, I had requested assistance with my baggage to bring to reception. I had 3 suitcases and was travelling with 2 young children on my own. I didn’t think it an unreasonable request. No one showed up to assist in 30 mins so it took multiple trips to reception.
