Many rooms need extensive maintance
upon arrival we were put into a room that was badly in need of maintenance, the level of deferred maintenance was shocking for a property of this level. dangling lights and bathroom shelves dirty walls carpet lifting upholstery dirty and dingy, sliding doors not operating correctly. On the up side the staff was amazing and they did upgrade us into a much better room so that said I have a mixed review.

Very good 8.0
Lovely hotel but we won’t stay there again as the 12 hour a day music around the pool was loud and totally unnecessary

Don’t EVER Stay Here
...absolutely terrible. Supposedly upgraded room faced the street and old cheap windows made noisiest room ever. Bait and switch w photo they have on web site vs what you get. Worse than deceiving I actually think it’s criminal.

Don’t bring the kids!
We were very disappointed with this property. We travelled with our 10 and 12 year old and the hotel is really not kid friendly at all. The kids pool is out of the way and has no service or music. The main pool and restaurant were for adults so we didn’t sit poolside and have cocktails like we normally would while in Palm Springs.

Charming in PS
Jasmine at the front desk was a delight and helped arrange us in a great room. The massage service was outstanding. The grounds were lovely. The several weddings on site added to the festive atmosphere. The restaurant by the pool was very good and had healthy options. Free bike use!

A Fall From Grace...
My Girlfriend and I have stayed here many times. Sadly, this will be the last. The property has become badly managed and staff have little to no guidance... Honest examples of this are: A male member of staff walked in on my girlfriend changing shortly after arrival, staff at the bar seem put out if you order a complex drink or perhaps want a glass changed, they have no decafe coffee available, and one of the pools is designed to be no kids and no pets.. thats not enforced. Actually, staff just kind of watch kids and pets by the pool. If this was a cheap hotel, it wouldn't be a problem. But at the prices they charge, that puts them in line with five star places. The service, is far from that. To add it all the past two times we have stayed there has been problems with our rooms. First time the power kept going out and this time the bed was noisy. Sure, the management may knock off the resort fee, but their willingness to do this easily makes me think that a lot of people complain (seems the default mode). We were going to spend my birthday here with some friends next month. However, we cancelled that and are heading to another hotel. There are plenty of boutique hotels in Palm Springs that are cheaper and happier to see you then this one.
