Will not repeat a stay at this hotel
First of all when we arrived we were told our room may or may not have a microwave and refrigerator in it. We were traveling with a toddler so we had milk that needed to be kept cold. I guess we were lucky because when we got to our room it was there how it was not plugged in, which we were told how to plug it in at check-in. So it was cold, it was missing a front foot so it wobbled and the door hit the floor everyone you opened it. The bathtub had been relined with some kind of coating that was coming off so Everytime my little girl got in the tub she was trying to pick at it and trying to put it in her mouth. Every night the air conditioner that was probably from the 70's would freeze up so we woke up to a hot humid room ever morning. We had to shut it off and let it defrost while we were out so when we came back we came back to a hot humid room. We were on vacation for the fourth of July. I was very disappointed in the whole experience, the only good thing about the hotel was the nice young lady that was at the service desk the night we checked in. She was very friendly and kind but staff can only do so much management and owners have to take responsibility at some point for the conditions of the facilities. I will not stay at the hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. I choose it and paid a little more for it than the hotel that we stayed at the last time because it was a Days Inn thinking it would be a better quality hotel and was very disappointed.

I will never stay here again.
My granddaughter and great-granddaughter her and myself rented two rooms. I did not specify that I need a ground floor but when I asked for it the receptionist says first come first serve. My room was OK but my granddaughter and great-granddaughter's room did not have a refrigerator which we initially overlooked. Therefore they brought their snacks into my refrigerator. But then after coming back from dinner the air conditioning in my granddaughter and great-granddaughter's room was not working so they had to change the room. The next morning The shower in my granddaughter and great-granddaughter's room was not working so they had to come into my room to take a shower. I reported it to the front desk and they said they would take care of it. Got back to the room shower was still not working and I called the front desk and the receptionist said "I guess that was lost in translation". More than anything the lack of professionalism as far as courtesy to a customer was appalling.

get what you pay for, i guess
First off, the bed was super uncomfortable - me and the 3 other guests had the worst back pain the morning after our restless sleep. Everything in our room looked dingy, old, and outdated. The only relief I felt during our one night stay was that there were no bugs. The complimentary breakfast wasn't even worth it - all the baked goods looked unsatisfying and old, the waffles were tasteless, and there was no hot water for tea. The one thing I did like about this hotel was the private front door entrance to each room. And the staff was friendly and accommodating, but that's about it. Luckily this hotel stay was only for one night (we were going to a wedding in that town) so we were not in the room much. Also, the Perkins next to the hotel was convenient but not recommended - terrible food.
