It was an okay hotel. The air conditioning worked well, and the pool was nice. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, which made it a convenient overnight stop while travelling. The staff could have been more informative and proactive. On several occasions, we had to ask ourselves about things like Wi-Fi access and parking instead of being given the information upon arrival. Overall, it is a decent mid-range hotel.

Convenient location and comfortable room.

We were able to check in at 1am late at night, the night manager was very nice and accommodating. The room had everything we needed for a good night rest including A/C and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay.

We were in the annex building which was actually ideal as we could park directly in front of our room door. Packing and unpacking the car was super easy. We arrived at 9pm with kids but managed to get to the onsite restaurant. Very fast service. The pool table in the bar is a nice touch and finished off the evening perfectly. The breakfast buffet is supplementary but we'll worth it. The location near the motorway is ideal. I would like to thank Giustino especially for incredible service.

Il est plus que rare que mon avis sur un établissement réservé sur hôtels.com soit aussi négatif. Néanmoins la, des draps sales et troués dans une chambre est purement et simplement inacceptable. J ai fait cette réservation pour mes parents qui ont remonté cette problématique inacceptable à la réception et à la direction de l hôtel. La réponse se limite à : « c est de la faute de l entreprise en charge du linge » sans proposition de remboursement ou de compensation. En résumé, fuyez !!!!

L’hôtel est plutôt bien. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, très varié. En revanche au restaurant du soir une attente interminable seulement pour avoir la carte avec une serveuse qui ne veut pas voir ce qui se passe. En plus il faisait très froid toutes les personnes présentes sont remontées dans les chambres chercher un pull. Au bout d’un moment nous sommes partis.
