This hotel is perfectly located just off Paulista Avenue, with a shopping center next door and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were warmly greeted every time we passed through the lobby, which made the service feel genuinely welcoming. The room service food was excellent, and our room was very comfortable. The bed, pillows, and linens were all high quality and made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spacious, with a combined shower and bathtub that had strong water pressure. While the building is a bit older, it is very well maintained and absolutely lives up to its five-star rating. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having power converters available in the room for guests who may not have brought their own. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Our stay in the hotel was great! The room was beautiful, very clean, quiet and with a great shower. The staff was beyond nice, every single person was amazing, front desk, room service and porters.
