Først var det virkelig øv at man har vist SÅ mange billeder som slet ikke er af det sted vi skulle være. Vi ledte og ledte og fandt til sidst stedet. Man skulle helt til billede 29 før man så hvordan stedet reelt så ud. Så en øv start at komme frem kl 23 og så ikke kunne finde det. Ellers har der været god information fra start og dejligt med selv-tjek-ind og kode med det samme så man kan lukke sig ind sent. Selve værelset var fint, men synes rengøringen godt kunne optimeres, jeg er ikke så god til støv og beskidt ved kaffemaskine og toiletbørste der tydeligt har papir på sig. Men det er i småtingsafdelingen, men forventede blot lidt mere til den pris (uden mad var det jo ikke så billigt igen næsten 1000kr). Sovesofaen lugtede lidt surt ved rygstøtten. Ellers fin seng at sove i og rent alle andre steder og fint pænt værelse og indretning. Forskellige håndklæder og stand samt fake lås på toilettet trak ned. Der var strygebræt og strygejern som var lækkert. Personalet til morgen var venlige og hjælpsomme. Der var dejligt roligt på hotellet hvilket var et plus. Det er bestemt ikke et dårligt sted, vores oplevelse var bare påvirket af billeder der ikke stemte helt overens. Morgenmaden var fin, dog lidt beskidte glas.

Meine erste Wahl für einen Aufenthalt im Vogtland

Sehr freundliches Team, das individuelle Wünsche problemlos erfüllt. Ich musste aus dienstlichen Gründen schon um 7:15 Uhr vom Hotel abfahren- prompt wurde die Möglichkeit geschaffen, statt um 7:00 Uhr schon 6:30 Uhr frühstücken zu können.

Neu eingerichtet

Ungewöhnliche Lage in der 2. Etage eines Einkaufszentrums. Mit dem Geschäftsbetrieb gab es keine Probleme. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und schick eingerichtet, das Frühstück war gut. Die Rezeption ist nur bis 18 Uhr besetzt, was ein bisschen unschön ist wenn man noch eine Rückfrage oder Bedarf hat wie in meinem Fall leere Batterien in der TV-Fernbedienung.

Die Rezeption war schon vor 18 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt. Der Zugang über den Schlüsseltresor und dem Chip als Türöffner für die Eingangstür war mühsam. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis topp. Moderne Zimmereinrichtung, sauber und gepflegt. Frühstücksauswahl und Qualität 5 von 5 Sternen.
