The beds were comfortable our room was clean. The breakfast was good, the staff later in the evening when we checked in was helpful. The staff the next morning when we checked out was not very friendly. We reserved a handicap room it was very hard to access, no parking was available close to our room. Very disappointed in that, we have mobility issues and it made it very difficult to get to and from our room.

I booked and paid for the room on the Hotels.com app, got the $9 room protection just in case something happed and check in was very fast and easy. Amazing price for a remarkable experience. The room was very nice and clean. The water pressure was amazing and the air conditioner was working overtime. The front desk lady answered very quickly and was so nice when I called to see what time the pool closed, which was both refreshing and relaxing. I had an amazing time with my family and I can’t wait for my next stay!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable all the facilities in the room were fine. There was no exhaust fan that worked in the bathroom but I don't know if there was intended to be or not. Water pressure was good. The only issue was that the ice maker was empty when we went to leave at 7:00 but it's possible someone else cleaned it out first. We have stayed there before and we will stay there again. Reasonably priced a great place for a dog friendly hotel. Appreciate the fact that we were not charged extra for our dog. It was also nice that the room did not smell like a kennel as have some dog friendly hotels we have stayed in.
