Great hotel, clean and breakfast was great!
Great hotel. Clean, smells good, quiet, close to restaurants. Same breakfast as many others, but only 100% better. Great quality of food! Staff amazing! Veey impressed. Heard several other guests complimenting the breakfast.

We got a non smoking room and the whole area smelled like smoke. The hallway was terrible and the room smelled as well. The room was very muggy even with the air running. There were several stains on the carpet. The bathroom was clean, the grounds were nice.

Made reservations for three rooms via expedia after the hotel refused to price match the online rates when called directly. Upon arrival the desk clerk was very rude and refused to help us because we'd booked through a third party (expedia). We were supposed to have two beds in three rooms. We did not and they refused to rectify this. They also told us that since one of the people for one of the rooms was arriving late they would not hold it, guarantee it, or refund our money if it was not available.

Although the building was “non-smoking” it reeked of smoke, especially the room we were originally assigned. Reported it to the front desk on arrivals so that we wouldn’t be charged a $350 cleaning fee. Next the toilet was clogged and just about overflowed. Called to the front desk and a phone that barely had any sound in it and was told that someone would come to fix it. At that point went down to the front desk which was in another building and asked to have a room change. We were able to move to the room right next-door which was good because we had already unpacked. This room smelled a bit less smoky but the bedding was still saturated, and the plumbing worked. Left early the next morning.

Horrible rooms! Our room smelled like mildew and was very damp, everything felt wet! There was a leak in the ceiling over top the shower with black mold everywhere. I went to the front desk twice to have someone come to our room and no one ever showed up. I requested a new room but they were fully booked and every hotel in the area was also booked! And it was not the safest area to be in. Do not stay here.
