The hotel name on the front is not Onomo its Signature Lux hotel, and the (safest) entrance is through the hotel’s restaurant by the plaza. The uber/ public transportation pick up point is on the street side at the end of the plaza (next to the Radisson hotel), it’s about a minute walk. The rooms are small but clean and the food was great! The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is in a dodgy place there are a lot of homeless people. We got a room facing the plaza and it was noisy, the homeless would make a lot of noise in the middle of the night. I don’t recommend walking on your own to explore the city it’s best to use uber or plan day trips.

Nice hotel in the center of Cape Town. My room was handicap friendly. I don't know if all rooms agreed so. The room was spacious and nice, but had a strange design flaw as the light in the bathroom only could be controlled from the entrance. No trash can in the bathroom either. Nice abundant breakfast. But loud radio program played in a part of the restaurant. I should just have sat another place, so that was on me. Price was fine and I added late check out for 500 zar.
