Do not expect a good hotel
For a 5 star hotel, plenty of things are missed… - Only 1 bottle of water 33cl at arrival when we were 4 people. Even after asking for more, the first answer was: yes, we give 1 bottle per room. - ask suggestions in the restaurant for The wine, and nobody can give any. - 3 hours without water in the room for technical problems. - no indications in the reservation that SPA is not included (even harder to swallow when have paid 400€ for the reservation) - have received a ticket for 2x1 in the reception for entrance in the spa, and only after having used, the SPA front desk ask for full 2 tickets - the interiors and corridors are old
