This is the second time we have stayed at Citadines Islington. On both occasions, the premises were clean and staff friendly and helpful. This time on leaving, my wife encountered a problem. Elisabeta dealt with the situation quickly, professionally and to my wife’s satisfaction. On both occasions my wife had helpful interactions with a Portuguese (?) member of staff. She thinks he might be a handyman. Both times, he was very helpful and always had a cheerful smile.

Great location, very comfy beds, including the sofa beds in the lounge area, very good kitchen facilities, great option to leave luggage as well. Only a couple of things to further improve - make sure we have enough towels (only provided with two for our family of four!) and as there’s a fridge, provide fresh milk / avoiding unnecessary plastic waste. We chose this property for a number of reasons: distance to tube stations, a neighborhood that people live in, on-site laundry, and kitchenette. Its a 15min walk to either Angel or Highbury & Islington stations, a full sized grocery within 10 min walk, and plenty of coffee/dining/pub options right outside the door.
