Overall a pleasant stay. Now, to make it to a real 5*: 1) smell from shower sink - need to fix 2) bar menu is 3* at best, selection really low end and from what i know there are no import restrictions The positives: 1) Staff 2) Pool - probably one of the best hotel indoor pools in terms of size & view 3) Spa staff 4) Breakfast worth mentioning

Tashkent Hilton is one of two premier hotels in Tashkent. It is clean, some fixtures like carpets in hallways are a little dated (bubble up), there was no X-Large bathrobe to be found at the pool, the downstairs staff are a little... disinterested. Having said that, it is impeccably safe, the restaurant is reasonably well regarded, the lounge is clean though the selection of food is very thin and they ran out of milk for coffee twice. Safe, clean, nice pool, a little out of the way if you are a walker.

Amazing Hilton Stay
our stay was fantastic, we were upgraded from double bed room to corner suite, the room was spacious and so new and clean, the staff was great, the front desk staff were amazing, i needed to print and scan an urgent paper, it was done for me in no time, want to mention Abdulaziz and Madina, also the Duty manager Bekzod who was so freindly and supportive. Complementary resh fruits were offered in the lobby around the clock, the breakfast was something, wide range of fresh fruits, fresh juices, pastries, different eggs omelletts...four types of local honey, bee hive wax/honey frame, selection of cheese.... Location of the hotel within green Landscaped park called Tashkent City with paths for jogging and walking, and many cafe's and couple of restaurants within the park, the indoor swimming pool located on the 4th floor with the park view and luxury interiors Will visit back again and best in Tashkent

It’s an expensive hotel compare to its five star hotel competitors in the area. I had to change the room because of cracking ceiling noise that I couldn’t sleep well at night. Next room had drainage problem in the shower that water wasn’t moving at all. Lastly, at checkout, she wanted to charge me for the room again even though the room had already been paid for. When I told her about the payment, she changed the invoice and asked me to just pay for the city taxes. Also, money exchange wanted charge five percent for exchange when I told front desk about it they said there is not supposed to be any charge. I would not recommend this hotel.
