Staff with attitude
Had an issue with room, they didn’t give me the room I paid for. It even said it on the confirmation. They claimed it’s not their fault but fault of the third party. They told me I need to call the third party or pay the difference for the room I already paid for. The front desk Ms L. was rude claimed she was manager but was not, in finding when I talked to her boss. I ended up not staying there. Manager C.D. promised refund in which needs still to be seen.

The hotel was clean and relatively comfortable, but loud. There only seemed to be a limited number of guests, but they all appeared to be lumped into one area of the hotel. It was loud.

Just... bad.
I am currently writing this at 4 am because it’s impossible to sleep. The walls are paper thin and neither of my wall mates have yet to go to sleep so here I am. Even if it were sound proof, the bed is truly the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever laid on. The sheets and pillow cases are hard to describe; sand-paper-ish, so avoid touching your cheek to it (mine is super red now). Other than that, it’s a room. I’m just passing through on a road trip home, so this is especially disappointing now knowing I’m going to have to drive 8 hours tomorrow without having slept.

Very nice pool and pool area. Pool was a comfortable temperature and tub was hot. The room was nice. It was what I would expect from a Courtyard.
