Lobby area was beautiful. Room was spacious but had some issues. Air conditioner wasn’t working well and we couldn’t get room temp to go lower than 75 degrees. Bathroom door wouldn’t close or lock. Breakfast was delicious but only one omelet station so line was long, coffee dispensers were empty and not refilled, ran out of plates so people had to wait.

Overall, this is a good property. The rooms and public spaces were clean. There is wear and tear with the furniture, but that’s to be expected. The breakfast was general ok, but they were super short staffed, and the egg line as out the door. This was due to having one person running that station. Parking is ample, but the spaces in the garage are very narrow. Expect to pay per day for parking. Access to downtown via walking is fantastic, and recommend upgrading to a river view room. The view is fantastic.
