Sensational Hawaii
Amazing! The staff, service, location- I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! The infinity pool is second to none. I am so pleased that I chose to stay at the Prince for my 40th birthday.

Very nice hotel. Swimming pool is beautiful. However, the staff didn't give me a feeling that I was welcomed . My husband has parkinson disease, it's very obvious he has problems with his mobility. The staff at the hotel offer no help with our luggage. After all, this is a very comfortable hotel.

Outstanding Service
It’s attention to the small details that count. The Prince offered complimentary bottled water daily, complimentary drinks on arrival, free early check in and clean, modern rooms. We split our stay between the Prince and another similarly priced hotel very nearby which had none of the above.

Good 6.0
Do not go here on your honeymoon!
If you want to come here on your honeymoon, I urge you to take this warning seriously. We came here on our honeymoon and were very disappointed. Service was dry and impersonal. For example, in spite of emailing the hotel in advance (communicating with Naomi) and providing them with information about us and our stay, the reception had no info about us and (without going into personal details) completely ignored our explanations. I wish we had chosen a different hotel which aimed to make our honeymoon a personal and positive memory instead of a frustrating one. Additionally, the location is not very near to the downtown area with al the restaurants so expect a 20 minute walk to/from the main areas everyone goes to. They have a shuttle service, but it’s not frequent at all and the last thing you want to do on your honeymoon is spend an hour waiting for a shuttle that you just missed because you had to deal with issues with the hotel. Note: the bellmen/doormen team are wonderful. Looks like the problem is with management/reservation/reception.
