Loved our stay at The Commodore, the staff are magnificent, the customer service was the best I've ever experienced. Room was spotless with everything you needed. Lovely view from balcony. Restaurant and Bar was great. Buffet breakfast great value. I have stayed here a lot a few years back and will definately stay here again.Close to airport. Great as a base when arriving in Christchurch.

This place is a true gem to find, such a beautiful, clean, spotless hotel set in such gardens, with native fauna and trees, all accompanied by lovely streams . Excellent friendly staff, nothing a problem and a delight to deal with. Great restaurant,5 star menu's created by a great chef and team. We loved every moment.
