Customer service at front desk, Ken dell was amazingly helpful and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable, room was very clean. Had some difficulty with parking our truck with camper/toy hauler but Kendell and another guest made it possible!

I didn’t even get to check in because the credit card machine was not working properly and this was after we had not only tried my card, but my wife’s and my nieces card none of which would process properly. It may be a nice hotel but it is very, very, poorly operated

Front Desk Staff needs more training
Hotel front desk did not know what they were doing upon check in. We had already paid for our hotel and they tried to double charge us. They gave a free bottle of water to all of us as an apology, then another staff member accused one of us of stealing the water we were given. We had other front desk issues later in our stay. Overall the hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Front desk workers need more training and better costumer service training.

The hotel itself was nice enough, however the shower barely ran. This poor rating is primarily for the fact that we chose Marriott because we knew of their mask policy and wanted to feel safe while traveling during a pandemic. While they had signs on the doors saying that masks were required, the vast majority of guests did not wear masks at all, the receptionists either had no mask, or they were down under their chin, and the most concerning was the fact that NONE of the cleaning staff wore masks. We were incredibly uncomfortable. Not to mention the fire and evacuation that happened at 2:30AM, but we realize that was beyond anyone’s control. We will be requesting a partial or full refund and will not be staying here again.

Smoking hot place to stay
Front desk staff was stressed at check in but got the job done. I’m guessing there was an issue not involving me that distracted her. Other than that, oh and the 3 am fire, this was a wonderful stay. Not joking, there was a fire on 5th floor but we woke rested just the same. The Sioux City Fire Dept. was efficient and we were back in our room quickly. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I’d stay here again without hesitation.
