Cleanliness is a problem. Hallways not vacuumed. Ice inconvenient to get. Bathroom not very clean, esp shower (mold and dirty/sticky). I've stayed there once before, and the hotel condition overall seems worse than a year ago.

The photos are completely misleading and at least not of this location recently. It’s an old smelly hotel in dire need of serious maintenance or remodeling. Mold in shower, disgusting carpets and old faulty elavator. Please avoid any chance you may have of staying here. Also it’s located in a very dangerous and inconvenient location for traveling in Monterrey

We chose this hotel only because we had an event close by and it seemed like a decent place from pictures posted on Expedia. However, the front staff were unwelcoming, hotel is old, unclean, and smells like dirty old socks every where you walk in the hallways and in rooms. Thankfully it was only one night. Sheets, pillow cases, and curtains look stained and poorly washed (or many times rewashed and haven’t been changed in years). Don’t stay if you can avoid.

We stayed in this hotel when it was La Quinta Inn and it was nice, now with this new name the room was dirty, the towels had a weird smell, dirty pillows, the ac didn't worked well, the room service took more than an hour to be open... I don't think we will stay again here.

We have been staying at this hotel since it was Fiesta Inn. And today it’s falling apart , don’t have towels, I bought my own mat tows and hand towels that we needed, the room smell bad, like mold, the towel rack very loose. The show door do not have seal on the bottom, because of that the floor would be wet. Night Stand drawer did not open.

Muy mala experiencia, no volveré
Fatal, ningún día se encontraban todas las amenidades completas en mi habitación, tenía que llamar para pedir que me mandaran cosas que son básicas. Toallas para bañar, toalla para manos, toalla de salida de baño, agua de cortesía, la cual me dijeron que solo aplicaba en la primera noche y me compraron 10 pesos por cada una (equis el precio, pero el cinismo de cobrarme después de que les cuente lo demás). Nada gulp de las 4 días 4 noches que estuve, hubo agua caliente en la regadera. Salieron con que era un problema en la tubería de un choque, al otro día otra persona me dijo que por una fuga estaban arreglando la tubería, total que no se pusieron de acuerdo, seguramente nunca tienen agua caliente… no han de tener gas, por eso la desesperación de cobrar por las aguas y por hielo ya ni pregunte ni por jabones, capaz que me hubieran cobrado también. Fui a quejarme de esto al front desk y me dicen, “si gusta irse de hotel y se hace un reembolso de su última noche, solo que que será en 3 semanas el trámite…” I mean… really… otros hoteles con el mismo rate tienen muchísimo mejor servicio. Aparte se tardaban una eternidad en llevar las cosas faltantes a mi habitación, hasta sueño me daba… un mugrero toral… Ni siquiera un hotel/posada de rancho está tan equis… En fin… no volveré…
