Hôtel bien, mais malheureusement pour un 4 étoiles trop cher, pas de climatisation, pas de mini bar et pas de piscine incluse alors que nous sommes attenant au bains, c’est désolant en plus mal décrit dans les réservations qui noté 4 piscines incluse alors qu’il faut débourser minimum 17.5 a24.50 euros par personne pour 2 h30 ce qui en fait probablement un des hôtels le plus cher lors de notre réservation, discussion avec le personnel qui campe sur leur position, joint le site de réservation qui ne peut rien faire, bref nous sommes arrivés à 15hoo pour profiter de notre hôtel et prestation et au final nous aurions eu meilleur temps de continuer nos visites! Bref très déçu de cet hôtel qui reste un bon hôtel bon petit déjeuner mais pas au niveau de se que nous avions vu penser lors de notre réservation qui nous aurait fait opter pour un autre établissement moins cher et de qualité équivalente

Alles top, bis auf eine Ausnahme. - Sauberkeit TOP - Personal TOP - Frühstück TOP - Zimmer TOP - Zimmerausstattung TOP - Badausstattung sehr gut (Bodylotion wäre noch top, gerade nach nem Thermenbesuch) - Thermenzugang TOP Einzig was ich leider immer noch nicht verstehe. Warum muss ich in einem Hotel Garni gerade für Flaschengetränke so unfassbar hohe Preise verlangen (zB. Flaschenbier 0,5l zwischen 4€ und € 4,70) Fertigpizza und Flammkuchen 12€ aufwärts. Selig wer da vorher im Discounter war. Ansonsten gleich in ein nahegelegenes Restaurant oder Gaststätte gehen.

Das Hotel war sehr ruhig und von der Einrichtung her schlicht und neu. V.a. das Bad - sehr geräumig. Wir schätzten die Verbindung zur Therme. Als wir uns am nächsten Tag dazu entschieden auszuchecken, war aber leider alles ziemlich kompliziert. Wir durften die Bademäntel nicht mehr nutzen, mussten das Auto umparken... aber sind wohl eigene Regeln des Hotels & der Therme. Obwohl ich von den Froschgeräuschen in der Nacht wusste, haben sie mir doch teilweise den Schlaf geraubt. Und am späten Abend bekommt man leider weder im Hotel noch in der Umgebung etwas zu essen. Ansonsten freundliches Personal und tolles Frühstücksbuffet!
