Checked In and had some heavier pieces of luggage. stayed one night in order to catch next morning Ferry back to Nansha, Mainland China. No Bottled Water in the Room. Poor Internet Connection. They said they upgraded me to Tower 2 on the 16th Floor - quite honestly am tired of always being placed on the Moon - they keep putting me at the very end of the building in the last room farthest from the elevator. Having Heavy Luggage after returning overseas from USA - there is NO facilities to go up 2 flights of steps to tower 2 - - if there are no staff to help you lift the luggage up - you are out of luck - you have to carry your heavy luggage up to catch the elevator to the elevator in Tower 2 - extremely inconvenient after 16 hour flight. Just remember you also have to carry this same luggage down to then go to the departure level to catch the ferry - - Will never stay at this Hotel again - better to stay at the Hong Kong Regal Airport Hotel.

Two standards of Tower Pacific room
I booked a Tower Pacific King room. And, the room I was allocated was VERY disappointing for the price I paid (room 1935) Yes, it was the size that was advertised, but it was a long, skinny room. Bathroom was VERY tired, and small. The shower was in the bath with a plastic shower curtain. The shower only came up to my shoulder in height, so this made it difficult to wash my hair. The crockery at mini bar was minimal. No wine glasses. The TV was fixed on the wall, opposite the bed, but the couch was further along the room. So, to watch TV, it was from the side (the TV did not swivel). Eventually, I complained about the room and was allocated another room. The difference proved how bad the first room was.

The heating system is so noisy and I have to shut it off otherwise I cannot sleep. It is considering none smoking hotel and I got wake up in the middle of the night because the cigarette smoke get in through the air ventilation from the bathroom. After complaining to the front desk. They immediately bring the air freshener to the bathroom and shut the bathroom door to prevent the smoke coming to the bedroom. The hotel offered me to change the room but considering at 5am in the morning and who knows if the other room have the same issue. The staffs are very nice and responds the issues very quick.

Poor 2.0
you did not advise us that the hotel was undergoing renovations which were extensive and happened all the 4 nights we stayed there through the booking we made through Expedia! the reception areas were disorganized, the lifts were out of order we had to change lifts just to get to our 18th floor. this was especially inconvenient as it was raining heavily. And there was constant drilling during the day when we tried to recover from our jet lag from flying from London.

Needs Work soon!
Tower Suite rooms while large and have a superb view of the bay and Hong Kong City are aged and getting older all the time. I first stayed in these rooms in 2010 and I can see no visible improvements in 7 years other than a new television...the shower is particularly old feeling, but the whole room is simply old feeling. In contrast the Restaurant Café On The Park has exceptional breakfast buffets and dinners as well.
